Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original velvet pouch and protective wrapping to ensure the crystals are not damaged during transit.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our gemologists inspect the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
